MTN BAD BAD BAD SERVICE !!!!!

I normally receive my data and airtime on the 17th of each month however on the 17 Dec i only received my Airtime , i called the call center on the 18 Dec and again and again and still today i am on the call and they keep on cutting me off. they gave me a reference REQ*** as soon as i mention this reference the consultant cut me or put me on "hold" then i must call back again.

Never have i received such bad service !!!!!!
