MTN Bad After Service

Good Day

I Did and upgrade on the 19th June with the upgrade i was told i will get a 20GIG data for a month up an till today no data or airtime. I went back to MTN they log it but nothing come from it. MTN service is bad they quick for a sale and upgrade but after service is bad.

Today is the 12th and still not data how long does this take if an upgrade was done on the 18th of June.
