MTN backlisted my phone

I bought a cellphone on Takealot just over 2 years ago. After the 2 years, they blacklisted the phone saying that it shouldn't have been on the network or some other BS story. Seriously, after 2 years! Now the phone is useless. What sort of company are you that can just blacklist a phone with no warning or any explanation. After submitting an affidavit, ID and proof of purchase i still have no feedback.
