Download Mbps 2.62 Upload Mbps 0.08

Line is officially down when I can't request what I want to download since the upload is too slow to get there. I do upload sensitive work all day so no upload means moving to another network who has their things together. Yet I'm paying for unusable capacity when MTN is down since data is a use it or lose it proposition.

Congestion in this region is extremely bad with frequent results like these and towers go down each load-shedding.
