MTN back at it

I have a corporate portfolio with MTN. Thayur from MTN handles my account, he ignores messages and says his going to do A,B,C but most of the time forgets.

I need a simple thing, just to receive my MTN bills. This has been an ongoing issue. I have 7 lines with MTN, if something so small as recieving my bills is an issue I much rather move to a network that can actually service it's clients.
