MTN

I received a call from MTN (Mbali Muthwa) informing that I am due for an upgrade on the 15 May 2024. I informed the lady that I want the same package that I was having. Only to found out on Monday 20 May 2024 that she gave me something else. I immediately contacted MTN to cancel the contract because it was not what I agree on. I was informed that the contract was done by the company that work within MTN called EOS and the lady with the name of Nosie told me that she is going to send them email to contact me so that we can cancel the contract which they didn't. On Tuesday 21 May I received a call from MTN informing me that I am due for an upgrade. I informed the lady situation on hand with them and she advised me to go to the nearest store which I did. When I got there and explained my problem they checked on the system and told me to call 135 for assistance which it was past five. I was told to call the next morning. I called Wednesday 22 May 2024. I was informed that the contract was done by EOS I was given their numbers both don't went through including the number she contacted me with on the 15 May 2024. I frustrated and dissapointed on MTN. I 've been using their network for two decades
