MTN

I upgraded my device with MTN on 12th April 2021. During this time they promoted their upgrades with 20GB promotional data which is very appealing. I logged a call about a month later because I still haven't received any promotional data. I mean I'm spending a **** load of money on the device, why haven't I received the data. When I logged a call today the agent advised that the promotional data will no longer be available. Which is fine but why haven't I received my free data when it was available. I'm just really ****ing ****ed right now with the level of service my service provider is providing. Really ****ing upset with the agent I spoke to as well.
