MTN *****

MTN would only grant me a fibre contract for my business on the premise that I pay 3 months instalment by EFT before the contract would commence, as I had no credit record.

I paid this money by EFT as requested.

Subsequently, MTN debited my account for this full amount as well as an additional amount, totalling to 4 months contract fees.

I have tried contacting the debtors department. Emails are ignored. Calls are never completed as the lines drop. The people on the other end of the phone are not capable of stringing a sentence together. No one follows up. This has been going on for over 8 months now.

This feels a lot like *****, and MTN seems to have a strong track record for this kind of thievery. Do not support MTN, they are a ******** syndicate with a brand name in South Africa.
