MTN

I am having problem with MTN concerning my contract with them. I have two contract with them,the one is mine and the other is my wife. This contract are pulling simultaneously from the same account. The problem that I have is that my contract phone was damage while it had four moth with me,it lost all my information like case numbers, projects specifications and contacts. Instead of replacing my phone with the new one, MTN-brache went and fix the phone while is still under guaranty and again I do not trust that phone I got a lot of warning from work because of the projects and cases. Till to-date I do not have a phone. That is why stop paying.This matter is from Feb 2020 till to-date.
