Really bad experience, customer service sucks - especially in store at Vaal mall staff is very rude and incapable to help, ive placed and order 1 Aug and paid 2 months in advance, my order haven't been processed yet, the cant find the agent who place my order.

Try speaking to them in store the lack of work ethic and the willingness to help is completely A 0 star rating.

Wouldn't recommend MTN to anyone if this is the service we get from them
