MTN ********

Good day all. MTN is my first and only phone number I ever had. Starting off in the days they were the only network operating between mountains. Being a customer for 32 YEARS. For the last 8 years the service is so available bad, so i decided to stay on top up no full contract. So lately my wife's LTE contract came to a end. Fiber were installed in the area and we went to that. Letting MTN now well in advance, no they say only a month before the end, a month before the end they rep**** no it must be on the same day, on the day they said, the new contract is starting we should have given notice. Keep in mind we pay all our cell phone bills. Upon stopping to pay the LTE new contract, they blocked my wife's payed up phone number. Upon starting the legal thread from MTN side. We were forced to go to another network CellC, ooo what a pleasure, we enter CellC a bit late and the doors didn't slammed close in your phase, still the staff is so friendly wow and the number got activated immediately, not over 24 to 48 hrs. The legal threats still going on while we doing the write thing of paying the BLOCKED cell phone number. So it happened then a week later that my son now have a legal unvallid MTN **** of R3500 data on his account, of which MTN deducts R3500 for 0 ZERO data. Going to the bank and reverse the order MTN threatening with legal fees, MTN investigation department, yeees i don't think that section really exists. The debt order number gets changed and the debet order runs and none reverse gets added. So only now i here all over it is unpossible to stop a MTN contract and keep your number.
