MTN

MTN is the worst mobile network !!!

I don’t know if it’s ***** or an inside job but apparently I signed for a Sumsung Note 20 which I’m not even aware of. When I call the MTN helpline , I’m being given a run around. The other one transfers me to this, the other one transfers me to that. I’m even beginning to question if MTN truly has the ***** department because once I get to the person at the ***** department , I’m being told that they are not a ***** department for MTN !!! What is that ? It looks like I’m not even gonna get help on this one. The consultant at one of their stores asked for an affidavit and a copy of my ID but says that “he doesn’t guarantee anything”

This is gonna ruin my name and credit and MTN doesn’t seem care. How do i tackle this instance ? It’s really straining and stressful
