MTN AVENGING ECONOMICAL UPGRADES

I have been a client of MTN for the past eight years. Currently having five contract with MTN South Africa. As soon as I asked for an economical upgrade on my old hand set in May 2015, MTN began charging me more than twice as before with an explanation of exceeding my Data usage on a capped 2G@99 contract that had been running for the past 37 months without any such problem in the past. It points to the fact that MTN is trying to punish me for a cheaper upgrade I made in May this year. Permission by a client for direct debit from his or her bank account is a matter of trust and the service provider has no permission to fleece. Despite my complaint to the regional office for MTN at Stanger, no resolution was made since 1st of October 2015. I am now in a fix for what to do for terminating this as well as the remaining four contracts with MTN South Africa?
