MTN automatically subscribed me to a service

So it came to my attention that I have a deduction of R9.00 every month for "Reycreo_monthly". This is NOT something I have subscribed to and don't know how long this has been going on. Seems like November in 2019. Doesn't this violate some consumer right? I have since discovered another complaing regarding this on HelloPeter where I took the necessary steps to cancel this service.

Still, I would like this refunded IMMEDIATELY.
