MTN Automatically changes Usage Limit
MTN will set a usage limit on your account by default of R 355, by there words to improve the customer experience. I chose to set my limit at R 0 for a reason. Now I received a text saying they will change to R 355 on 9 December to improve my experience. I phoned the helpline and they confirmed that will indeed be the case. I didn't ask them to change my limit, I want it set at R 0. They just want to increase it and catch there customers off guard to make more money. This is ridiculous. If you want to improve the customer experience, do not force the customer into something they explicitly chose not to do!
