Mtn Auckland park is very unprofessional

The service in Auckland park is very poor. I went there for a sim swap and I was told that with my prepaid number they can’t help though I showed the lady (Tshidi) that I have been recieving messages that someone is trying to do a sim swap. Also for my contract sim, I was not assisted. The lady didn’t even seem interested or checked on the system. She just didn’t care and now my money is gone because they failed to stop the sim swap.
