MTN Attrocious Service

On the 2nd of Jan I went to Jabulani mall for a sim swap. There was only one consultant the other lady came ro the shop at 10am. She went to the back office to put her back and went to the rest room. She didn't bother to assist us while the que was too long. She came back and went to the back office. I went to the guy to ask if the lady can assist because we have been waiting for more than an hour to be assisted his response was the lady is busy with banking and she needs to submit it before a specific time. The service was bad because I stayed in the shop for 1 hour 20 minutes to be assisted. I was expecting a world class service I felt like I was at a clinic
