MTN attempts to use a stranger's banking details to set up a debit order. Ignores all my questions.

MTN BackOfficeSupportServices attempted to set up a debit order against a stranger's bank account for my MTN contract. BackOfficeSupportServices has been ignoring my emails since. MTN call centre and ***** investigation advise that they can't do anything and I must wait for feedback from BackOfficeSupportServices. I opened my case (BO***) on March 25th. It is now nearly two weeks later and they have still not responded.
