MTN Atrocious servive

MTN are all smiles when you connect. Impossible to cancel. I have been their Cascades branch, phoned their customer care line and emailed them and they still ignore. I have a second data contract for a family member which has been cut as I reversed their debit order and the eft for their payment will not go through. Not receiving any assistance anywhere.
