MTN Atrocious Service

MTN is the most inefficient contact center ever, they don't deserve the single star in the rating. I have been trying to upgrade for over a month now and eventually I was told that the promotional bundles that no one could see on the system is only available with their retentions team. Upon calling the retentions (cancellation) no 1 answers and if they do the sound quality is so bad that they decide not to have a conversation with you. It seems the strategy is to frustrate one until you escalate it to their CEO before something gets done. I mean I am trying to do an upgrade but this has lead me to want to cancel my contracts instead.
