MTN at own risk

MTN is horrible. They are ******** my sister. She bought a phone on contract and they delivered the wrong one. She called them twice and they never came to replace it. Now she has to pay same amount for a lesser phone. She's paying 3 times what the phone is worth but they don't care. They just bounce her from pillar to post cause it's all about making money for them and reaching targets.
