MTN! AT IT AGAIN

Yeah neh! I never thought I would come back here again to report such bad service I am getting from MTN. Purchased a router on contract, now the router is giving me problems, no internet service, I called mtn on Monday, couldn’t help me and they said they were gonna call after escalating my problem, now I have been on hold for over an hour just to speak to someone. Finally I get through, they can’t help me. I am given another number to call which to my surprise is not working. I hate this.
