Mtn at it again
The Mtn gamer + thing has registered content on my phone without my consent. When it sent me an sms to tell me this i immediately canceled but money has already been charged on my mtn account. After three days of trying to get mtn to understand that the content is canceled they still dont want to help take the content charge off my invoice. Mtn previously messed with my money and i only allow the money in my account for what i owe them legally. Now at the end of the month the right amount wont be in hence Mtn will accuse me of being wrong.

Please note that the content charge would have to be removed on your end. This can be done by following these steps: One way of removing them is by dialing *136# and follow the MTN play option until you get to manage subscriptions. The second way to remove the said charge is by logging on to your browser from your device. I have attached the below instructions in order to remove the charge:
Q - How do I cancel a subscription?
Visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ category under ‘My MTN Play’ at WWW.MTNPLAY.CO.ZA on your mobile device. Select the subscription and deactivate.
