My contract with MTN on one line expired on 15th Feb, and rightfully, on 23rd Feb, I received an invoice for only one remaining line - my daughter's phone. However, on 28th Feb, MTN deducted money from my account for both contracts.

When I try to enquire, I am told the other amount is for my other line - the expired contract. How on earth is a person supposed to be charged for a contract they have finished paying for? And if this **** is correct, how come MTN does not furnish me with a valid invoice for the other line? Because MTN knows I have done my part.

Subscribers of MTN will know that when you take a contract in the middle of the month, and you have an agreement for the money to be deducted at month end, the first month end one pays pro-rata for the previous month and in full for the next month. So you don't owe MTN any money for the data and airtime for that month, but pay for it in advance.

MTN, please give me back my money, or at least send me the R200 airtime, 150MB and 25 SMSs that my R399 used to purchase from you. You cannot have my money for free.
