In the last hour or so I have loaded 3G of data, all of which have miraculously disappeared into the ether. This is not the first time Ive experienced this **** with MTN. And I have checked that I am not subscribed for ads or any other extra ****, which is usually the excuse I am given. This happens at random times and is completely illogical. I now have to load another freaking gig of data just do download a single freaking PDF document which is a couple of KB in size!!! To make matters worse, I bought airtime to the value of R100 and when I checked, my balance was R00.00. I then rebooted, and what do you know, balance = R83! How the hell did I spend R17 re-booting???? I need an explanation and I demand to be reimbursed!!!! This is absolute bull ****!
