MTN assisting *********?

MTN has now been unable to blacklist my ****** iPhone for 1 whole week. Without it being blacklisted, I cannot get an ITC number, and without the ITC number the police cannot/will not do anything to go and catch the ********* - I know where the phone is (on "Find me"), but MTN are now in essence assisting the ********* to get away with it.
