MTN assistant dropping the call

l have been complaining with MTN since September 2015 about a coverage problem at my house. They haven't done anything. two weeks ago I logged a complaint at the coverage centre. I phoned them regurlarly to follow up on the problem and everytime they just apologise for not solving the problem yet. Today when I called again a very rude lady with the surname Tshabalala kept on putting the phone down on me. The attitude of the people at the coverage centre is very rude they are of no help at all.
