Mtn assistance utter fail

I am having setting problems with my e-sim for the last 2 days. The MTN center keeps transferring me between agents and I have spoken to 5 deferent people and opened 2 tickets which get closed immediately after they drop the call, reference number: *** Thembisile And *** Lisa both of which have been opened and completed with emails within minutes of opening without even attempting to assist me.
