MTN asked me to leave but nailed the door shut

In March of this year I received a call from the company Rewardsco MTN confirming my contract has ended and I can apply for a new contract with the latest phone (Samsung Galaxy S10+). I was very specific about my needs and requested that the agent find me a deal that will provide for my needs within my budget. She called me the next day confirming that they can meet my needs. I agreed to the contract and received my phones by the end of the week. I ordered a black and a white phone, I received 2 black phones instead. The delivery was done by two different persons simultaneously waiting in 2 different places thus requiring me to rush between the two locations during my busy weekday in order to compensate for your *********** foible. When I called to query the phone colour I was told there is nothing that I can do to change it. I tolerated this and bought 2 different colour covers for each S10+ as to be able to easily differentiate between the 2 phones. In April, I was debited pro rata and did not worry about the bill. At the end of May I was debited a completely different amount (much higher) and when I queried the amount I was told that that was the cost for the contract that I was on. I asked them to please listen to the recordings and confirm if I had agreed to the contract at that cost and with the minutes and data I currently receive. Rewardsco MTN confirmed that the sales representative did misrepresent the terms and conditions of the contract (in price, talk time and data). I had then attempted to negotiate with MTN representatives however they refused to come back to me with a reasonable offer, but rather advised that I should terminate my MTN contract. I was then told to cancel the contract. I was appalled by their readiness to discard my business as well as their disregard for myself as a customer. After various calls in an attempt to negotiate with MTN, I decided to terminate my contract, spurred on by my mistreatment and your representatives insistence that I do same. I returned the phones to MTN Pavilion on the 8/9/2019 expecting an easy transition from a paid contract to a pay as you go package. This was necessary as I am required to retain my contact details due to the nature of my professional environment and the potential disadvantage and loss of income that I could experience should my details change. The phones ( 2 X Samsung Galaxy S 10+s) and the relevant paperwork were collected from the MTN store (Pavilion Branch, Westville, Durban) on Tuesday the 10th of September at 10.39am. Since collection by DSV, and the delivery to the relevant MTN warehouse there has been no traction in my matter and upon enquiring with MTN's representatives I was informed euphemistically that my matter was of the lowest priority and any inconvenience that I am currently experiencing is non-consequential. I was then informed that such a transition could take up to 6 weeks, By such a time the relevant contract that I have been offered to transfer to by a competitor of your company, who has provided me with a superior offer and better device and package, may prescribe. This would unfairly prejudice myself and potentially result in delictual damages as a result of the potential additional charges I will be forced to pay due to me missing the window of opportunity to accept the above mentioned offer. Further note that I had attempted to negotiate with the MTN store for a similar contract as to the one offered by your competitor but I have yet to receive any quotation from yourself further enforcing your pathological need to throw away good business. Your laughable lack of professionalism and evident need to discard my business has honestly left me with a distaste for your Company and a strong want to transfer service providers. I write here because I have experienced no joy from attempting to approach your Company or its representatives in an attempt expedite my transfer and as such I am forced to post on this platform in an attempt to attract the attention of someone from your company who is able to assist me. It deeply saddens me that in order to receive something remotely related to adequate customer service I have to threaten the goodwill of your company by resorting to posting your dirty laundry on this platform, as this seems unnecessary but alas you have given me no other choice. I trust you will do the honourable thing and attempt to contact me to remedy the situation soonest.
