MTN - As useless as they come

MTN really does have the most shocking service.... I did an ugrade and SIM swap on Satuday monring. It will take 2-24 hours to activate they tell you. Well its now been 4 days !!! I phone every day - they tell me they will escalate and give you a reference number, and NOTHING happens... They then told me to call 1555 for Tech support but that just redirects you to the main call centre...

Does anyone know who I can call at MTN that is NOT the call centre because they do nothing and when you ask to be transferred to a manager they miraculously manage to drop the call !!
