MTN: Arrogant Bullies

I am astounded and down-right...annoyed...to put it euphimistically, at the lack of concern exhibited by this organisation!
So far all attempts at yielding a response out of them, with regard to my previous posts here, have yielded a grand total of ZERO results, which is also the sum total of the cash they’ve refunded as they promised almost two weeks ago (which was meant to have been resolved within three to five days).
Not only have they renegged on their promise, but they can’t even be bothered to communicate with me regardless of what they’ve decided to do. A simple, “Go f*&k yourself,” would be better than not saying anything.
As for the fate of Ms Alice van der Merwe, I can only speculate. Thus far a few scenarios have come to mind.
1. She, or someone close to her has contracted a terminal illness, and she has been forced to take a leave of absence.
2. She’s on vacation in Hawaii and couldn’t be bothered to check her emails.
3. She’s no longer in the employ of the illustrious MTN.
4. She just couldn’t give a ****.
Take your pick.
I base these assumptions on the fact that she has not responded to my emails requesting some kind of status update, and that when i dial the number she called me from, i get a message saying, “The number you have dialed does not exist...blah...blah...”
Of course it exists, she called me from it!
Attempts at calling the Johannesburg Head Office number, provided on the banner accompanying her email, just leads to endlessly loop of bad muzak, and MTN butchering the English language with their tedious “Yello” campaign. I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets adopted into dictionaries as the proper pronunciation and spelling. It’s not that far fetched a notion. Remember that Santa wears red as a result of a Coca Cola campaign.
So in conclusion of this chapter of our continuing saga, I’m saying to the rude, arrogant, lying bullies at MTN, don’t expect me to go away. I gonna stick around like a bad smell until this issue is resolved. Do the right thing and make good on your promises or is that not in your training manual?
