Don't bother lodging a complaint with MTN. They'll merely recommend that you report your complaint to the omboud or sue them. Complaints department don't actually deal with complaints. Arrogance takes on a new meaning when dealing with the kings of success. Don't be too proud MTN. The customers have choices.
