MTN are useless

I would like to say that mtn is possibly the slackest service i have ever received in fact I would go on to say that they are bordering being a ********** business .I have been dealing with them on a matter for almost a year now and i am still waiting for my money !!! I have initiated all the correspondence and all i get in return is a load of lies in return.The salesman Jackie Molatudi was quick to upgrade my account but that's where it ends he is useless/*********** and keeps blaming his senior managers. I have had my same number now since cell phones have come out and have been inherited along the way by MTN.Be warned people you need to steer away from these people as there service levels are non existent.
