MTN are useless

Been charged without getting the data or minutes, called to cancel the contract after bad customer service and they said that it was loaded to cancel on November. Contract hasn’t been cancelled and received a message saying that they are going to bill me from May. For what God only knows as my contract was on a month to month as we hadn’t upgraded it and hasn’t been cancelled. Most useless cell phone provider.
