MTN ARE USELESS *******

I am ready to go to Carte Blanche with this and I'm hoping they do somehow see this review because I am ready.

This may be a bit long winded so please bear with me.

I decided to do an online application for a 5G home router (35MBps) download speed (month-month) for my partner, I used her details (I.D Number, Cell phone number) etc. and I paid for it out of my account. This was on the 31/07/2025 at around 18:23.

We are now 8 days later and there has been no contact, no delivery, nothing!!!

My partner and I have been on the phone with them for almost an hour getting pushed from pillar to post being told the application was cancelled but no one can tell us why it was cancelled, who cancelled it and where my money is as a refund was not made by MTN back into my account and to top it off, no one informed us that it was cancelled so if we didn't phone today, we would never have known.

Needless to say, it seems like MTN are *******.

I DONT CARE WHOS FAULT IT IS!!! I NEED ANSWERS ASAP!!!
