MTN ARE USELESS

I'm struggling with mtn now for months and months we took out top ups so we could budget for the amounts that we could afford, but every month we get a account that's a different amount. When we looked there was someone buying airtime, data on our accounts. I went to Standerton mtn shop but nobody could help me after a lot of mails complaining still no help or reply! I stopped paying my account because off this so my credit record is now 0. But still after they blocked our numbers so we can't use them my account still come with someone buying data or airtime on these numbers how is this possible?? We tried to buy when our numbers was not blocked but we couldn't buy because off top up. What must I do. I paid a lot of accounts with this extra amounts on but really can't go on like this it's like mtn is *****ing our money. We have a top up for a reason to have only one amount in your budget we can't afford more each month just to make mtn ridge!!!! This is unacceptable and want all that extra money deducted from my account then I will pay mtn what we owe them.

So disgusted with mtn can't waight for these contracts to finish so I can go away from this company!
