MTN ARE USELESS
My husband a businessman keeps getting his phone cut every month. mtn keeps saying he owes money which he does not. He has sent them proof of payment but they say they cannot find the money and it must be in a dormant account. Being a businessman he needs his phone but every single month it gets cut off. this is going on for over 6 months. He even offers to pay the apparant outstanding amount and has paid in extra, but mtn cannot sort problem out. we have over 10 reference numbers and are at our wits end. Please sort out.
