MTN are useless *******

I canceled my mtn because I was moving and had a credit of R499 and still nothing was done and its over 2 months and their systems dont pick it up.So I went back to them to take out another package on the 30 June and paid R714 to get the router and get connected.So on Fridat 1 August I went to MTN Keywest and paid my account R603.So my account is up to date,so Saturday 2 August they cut my internet for non payment.They say I missed some bull**** windows period and the consultant can find nothing wrong with my account.I spoke out my airtime to a lady that doesn't know a thing.Now I have paid and now I must forfeit the month of August and can only be connected in September again.You are a bunch of ****in ******* and horrible service.I need my internet to do my work.So I must pay R603 for a service I can't use,you can get ****ed,I want my connection reinstalled or my money back.Absolutly ****in shocking!
