MTN ARE UNBELIEVABLY USELESS

MTN SUCK BIG TIME!!! I short paid in error at the end of April and didnt realise - R79.55 for an account of R991!. Could they have emailed me, smsed me or given me some warning - especially during this lockdown stress?? No. They just suspend me without warning! I spent an hour this morning trying to get through to a "person". I paid the balance straight away but am still suspended because I cannot get through to anyone. What is wrong with these cell phone companies - just because they have a monopoly! I am a pensioner so if I need to get hold of anyone urgently for an emergency, I am unable to. And this is a lockdown of over 6 weeks. I wonder if anyone from MTN will phone to apologise. Doubt it. MTN SUCK BIG TIME.
