MTN are totally *********

I am shocked that a archaic company like this exists in this century. I previously complained here about how the Westwood store in KZN failed to initiate a new LTE service last month. After 4 trips to the store where they failed to operationlise the lte , I was assured that the R400 contract was canceled. The regional manager also assured me this and they refunded my R150.00. Today they deducted ********ly R950.00 from my account. What damn ******. What on earth was this for as I already took Fibre for a month and am getting excellent service from the company. Don't ever trust a WordPad by their staff as they only chase sales and are *********
