Mtn are Thieving *******s

I purchased the superflex bundle for R299 per month. End of November I made payment via the email link that was sent. Up to now I have not received my bundle. I have called the customer care line everyday and even went as far as going into the MTN shop at N1 City Capetown. Everyone keeps on telling me the same thing.. That this is an online issue... Mtn has taken my money and now I'm left struggling to resolve this issue. When I called the customer care line today, the phone was put down in my ear when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Their level of service is appalling and even though it's only R299.. I want my money back.. Mtn can go to hell!!!
