MTN ARE ******* , UNHELPFUL AND HAVE UNCOUTH BUSINESS ETHICS

I took a phone on contract form mtn in september of 2015 , and I was well advised I was still on prepaid , I receive 60 minutes of free talktime and 500mb monthly of which upon deleption I revert to normal prepaid airtime , which I use to make calls and buy data bundles which has been the norm as from september 2015 until february of 2016 .MTN then showed me how of ******* they are...all of a sudden I was advised I had a pending usage in excess of R2670...upon enquiring I was told as if february I had been upgraded to an open contract where I am able able to make unlimited calls... a trap I was deliberately thrown into..I had made no such indications that I wanted that, I gave no consent to that effect , I never signed to anything , I was never called to that effect... I was under the assumption that I was using my prepaid airtime because I normally load a lot of money..now all of a sudden a debit order in excess of R2670 comes.through to my account, I called the call center , the only reassurance I got was that the matter will be investigated whether the error was in part due to mtn...no feedback was given to me ., I was sent messages threatening to terminate my contract if I didnt make such payment., my argument simply.is I never gave conset to an open contract whatever expenses that were incurred were not my doing...I even extended the courtsey for mtn to deduct the agreed amount paid for my contract fone whilst the other figure is being investigated, but NO they keep on sending debit orders to my account .....this has to stop , a proper investigation must be done , who authorized an open contract on my profile......this in itself is an unashamedly thieving tactic and ucouth business pratices that must be put to a stop...you cant force people on things , I chose a contract I can afford 399 a month not R2670....am not contracted to buy a car , and the negative repercussions thereof on my budget are enormous
