MTN are ******* for taking money and no service

I send them a mail about my email problem on 19th of march. Told them specifically not to phone me but email me for assistance as I am deaf. 2 Days later the phoned, do you believe it. Next day I got mail to phone them ??????? On the 22nd of march I got mail the send it to the technical department. On April 13th the same mail. It is now 24th of April and no answer, reaction or anything from MTN. Now you take my money every month but service up to ..... I did cancel my contract so if no action with some reasonable time I will throw away the sim card. Don't give me about busy.... everybody is, it is just ignorance and you may learn a lot from Vodacom
