MTN are *******

I took out a R199 fixed data contract in March 2020. Since then they have been deducting R230 a month. Now I am being told that I am paying for itemized billing as well. This is apparantly an extra service that is added. I never asked for this as it is a FIXED DATA contract. I have been sending mails and messenger messages since March, and still it is not sorted out.
