MTN are ******* and don't care about their customers
I have struggled since December 2017 to remove a product from my account which I have not ordered. I am being billed every month for this product and I refuse to pay. Since then MTN has suspended my account numerous times. MTN customer service, sales department has been sending me around for over 7 months and no one has even tried to assist me. Their answers are always either, it has been escalated, they will come back to me or I cannot help you phone another department. All the phone calls and emails thus far were in vain. MTN really do not care about their customers, and is not even comparable to Vodacom and Cell C .are s

I made this comment in August 2018. I still had no feedback, thus I have no reason to believe that may issue has received any attention.
If someone can just come back to me as promised many times that would be a good start.
