MTN ARE ******* AND DISLOYAL SERVICE PROVIDERS

MTN has got to be the worst cellnphone provider. We have been with them for years. They have severly overcharged us and we cannot get anyone, at Head office or any of the Branches to provide us with an account, nor tell us why we have been overcharged. For the last two weeks we have emailed, tried to call and to no avail. They cannot provide us with a detailed account. They do not get back to you after many emails and the problem goes on. None of their staff in the numerous Branches we have been to can sort this out. Their staff's best advice is to go to social media, as they cannot get the help and support from their own Head Office either. All 3 our phones contracts are paid up and we want to upgrade but we cant until the matter is resloved. There are no senior staff at the Head Office or regional offices that can be bothered to get involved and assist. As it stands now our only option is to begin a legal battle as MTN has, in a nut shell, stollen our money. We are now going to take this to as many media platforms as.possible to try and get MTN to do their jobs.
