MTN. You take advantage of your customers. You informed me late that a contract I have is finished instead of stopping the contract you want to charge me. I called to cancel the contract yet you want to charge me over R200 because I called you when I received my message stating my contract is now finished the 24months. You are *******. I Can now to find out what is happening and mtn wants to ***** from their customers because of 2 days. Why don't you INform customers of this? This is rediculous. Why I stil have contracts with you baffles me. You cannot decide for the Customer to continue a contract and that you will just charge them. I am appalled that mtn takes such advantage from loyal customers.
