MTN ARE ******* !!!!!!!!!!!

MTN is *****ing my money!!!!!! Very quick to bill for something, but when it comes to giving credits due they are absolutely useless. I have been trying to get a credit due from them since November 2020. Now I have stopped my debit order and within 2 days they totally lock my 4 lines. You cannot talk to anyone as it is their policy. Every new query I have to explain myself over, because every time it is a new agent. I AM SO FRUSTRATED I CAN STRANGLE SOMEONE!!!
