Trying to get a contract with MTN was one of the worst ideas of my life. First you don't rica my sim when I sign up for a contract, then I get a lemon instead of a phone and need to return it, then you promise delivery of a new device and don't follow through on your promise. So I decide to cancel my contract. Your staff then seem to have failed to process this (according to your call centre), fortunately for me I requested copies at the time. I then get told to send these through and am awaiting a response and I am told that I might have to pay a cancellation fee for your mess up! I don't think so! You stole R405.33 from me by debiting me for a contract that doesn't exist. You also deleted my complaint from your Facebook page! You can keep deleting my posts as much as you want, I will keep posting on every other group I can find until you rectify this issue!
