MTN ARE *******
MTN close down my number and ***** the balance on the prepaid account. They don't respond to my e-mail query. MTN shops are not able to address issues. Phone help desk is useless, MTN ARE ******* ! This is the second MTN thieving experience I have had in the last year. Once on an MTN account and once on prepaid. DON'T USE MTN ! L Green

I have received no response to the review.
I have however received an answer to my MTN e-mail stating that they are "unable to refund the balance on my account".
I have a number of accounts and prepaid accounts with MTN. I will close them all.
DON'T USE MTN unless you like *******.
